I love seeing the before and afters of a renovation, so I thought I would share this one we did of a principal bedroom and bathroom. The entire space was very dated and dark. The walls were chocolate coloured, including a curved wall with a glass block window ! The bathroom (for which I will do a future post), was equally dated. So bye, bye curved wall, ugly bathroom, popcorn ceilings and broadloom! And hello to straight walls, well lit smooth ceilings and new hardwood floor...s. A tranquil palette of soft blue greens was chosen for the wallpaper, bedding, rug and drapes. Some abstract art along with new furniture pieces help to give this suite a current yet timeless look.
