Aly B. started a full-time Client Services Ambassador posit...ion in the Life Enrichment Department at Canterbury Foundation, reinforcing COVID-19 guidelines and protocols and taking routine temperatures of staff to ensure the safety of everyone. Aly also assists with delivering mail and packages to residents and performs office administrative duties as required to help the team. Bill C-7 removes the requirement that death must be 'reasonably foreseeable.' Bill C-7 permits a doctor or nurse practitioner to lethally inject a person who cannot consent, if that person was previously approved for MAiD. Bill C-7 waives the ten-day waiting period when a person is deemed to be terminally ill.
