Next week, Feb 1 - 3, the Senate will be debating Bill C-7. This week, please take a moment to write to Senators and ask them to please vote to block Bill C-7. ... Bill C-7 removes the requirement that death must be 'reasonably foreseeable.' Bill C-7 permits a doctor or nurse practitioner to lethally inject a person who cannot consent, if that person was previously approved for MAiD. Bill C-7 waives the ten-day waiting period when a person is deemed to be terminally ill.
