Here's the recipe: http://bit.ly/RmXRbb 2 Kiwis (peel and all as long as they are organic) 1.5 Cups of Frozen Strawberries 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds 1 tbsp. Hemp Oil or Flax Oil (Or Chia Oil if Pregnant) 2 Cups Coconut Milk Blend on high until smooth and let sit for a minute or two so the chia seeds get softer. It tastes a lot like a strawberry milkshake with a hint of kiwi, great flavor and super good for you <3

Want to try out our new favourite Young and Raw salad of the week? It's super yum! Salad: 1 Cup Romaine, Chopped... 1 Cup Arugula 1 Cup Quinoa (cooked or sprouted) 1/2 Avocado, Cubed 1/8 Cucumber, Thinly Sliced or Cubed 1/2 Rib of Celery, Sliced 2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds 2 tbsp. Currants Dressing: 1 Mango Juice of 5-6 Limes Pinch of Himalayan Salt Blend & Pour over your salad. If you don't have mango, just use lime juice and if you don't have currants, use raisins instead.
