Med Ball Update: Gabe will doing his classes via Zoom on Thursdays at 6:00 pm and Fridays at 12:00 pm. If you would like to be on the zoom list for these classes please send an email to [email protected] . Once Gabe has the Zoom log in and password we will send the info. We will also be loaning out Med Balls and mats for those of you that need the equipment. You can come pick up at CJMC or if needed we can drop it off to you on reserve only during work hours. Please note there is a mandatory $10.00 deposit (cash only) for the equipment. This to ensure our equipment is returned to CJMC.
