Hunting season has begun! Just a few rules and reminders with bringing in your animal that we require: Pls phone and book your animal in. We give priority to customers that call so if you show up without calling in an appointment we may turn you away depending on how full our cooler is. We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday but if you are successful getting your animal on a Sunday or Monday give the shop a call and leave a message we will get back to you as soon as we c...an. 250-560-5051. Our days were open will change as we get closer to October. Your animal must be in before 4 pm nothing after that! We will not be doing hang ONLY services right now. Orders must be picked up ASAP after you’ve received your phone call. Our freezer is small and cannot hold onto everyone’s orders we need the room! We will charge storage fees if not picked up. Your meat MUST be clean when it comes in. You either will be turned away if it’s not or depending on the situation you will be charged a dirty fee. Thanks everyone and good luck!
We tried something different tonight with our maple smokies and they turned out delicious!! Tossed in red peppers,broccoli and olive oil,everything bagel seasoning with sliced maple smokies and threw them in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes.
