Isaiah 26:3,4 says "Thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee. Because, he trusteth in Thee." Remember that old saying, "whatever gets your attention, gets you." We can't help but wonder at all that's going on with this deadly virus all over the world but, we must remember that Jesus said , In the last days perilous times will come, and we have them. Lets remember that Paul told us to, set our affections on things above not on things on the earth, becau...se our lives are hid with Christ! We probably have more time now to pray then at any other time in our lives. You don't have to be in church to pray for your loved ones or lost souls! The Scriptures teach, pray without ceasing and the peace of God that passes all understanding will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. This is a heart breaking, agonizing time for so many who have lost loved ones and they need our prayer that the Lord will reach out and draw them to Himself. What a mission field we have in this hour, lets cry out to God on their behalf and see them find real life in Christ, who paid for our redemption. I remember when I first experienced coming alive unto God, in that shack down a lane on West River Street, in Paris Ontario. Something amazing happened inside of me! I became alive unto God, as Paul describes it. When I described it to my mom as I came out of that bedroom, "Mom,I just met God in that room, reading a book called, stay alive all of your life! That was the start of my aliv...e unto God adventure. Being a Christian is experiencing God's life through opening your whole being to the truth, that Jesus died and rose again and made the way open for us, to receive God 's love and forgiveness of all our sins.We are now as Paul says, to consider ourselves DEAD, unto sin and ALIVE, unto God. As we walk in His word and in fellowship with the Holy Spirit , Jesus is made more real in our daily experiences. I urge you to open your life to Jesus and experience his love and forgiveness, and start your journey with God and consider your self Dead unto sin and ALIVE unto God, and experience his presence and love on a daily basis.
