They tried to bury us but they didn't know we were seed. A barbaric and inhumane attack on the students at Kabul university has left many families mourning for the loss of their loved ones shocked everyone across the globe. The attack targeted the most brightest and promising students who had already dedicated their lives in to rebuilding a peaceful Afghanistan by becoming engineers, doctors or lawyers. Our ground personnel has been in direct contact with some of the famili...es of the victims and we have learnt that some of the victims came from poverty stricken families who were looking forward to graduating and serving their nation. As Afghans living abroad, we cannot bring their loved ones back, but we can help them financially during their most difficult time of their lives. Proceeds through this campaign will assist families with funeral expenses, medical expenses for the survivors and their financial needs. Please donate today and keep the families in your prayers! This is the saddening story of Farshad, another innocent child labourer that also puts his life at risk by working on the streets of Kabul, Afghanistan. Farshad is a young boy who was found polishing shoes on the streets to find a source of income for his entire family. Upon learning the story of Farshad’s family, we investigated that his family was forced to migrate to Kabul as their life was at high risk living in the province of Kunduz due to heavy instability and daily o...utbreaks of war. When Farshad’s family began their new life in Kabul one year ago. It was a tough transition as they were not able to maintain a well-established living such as finding proper employment or being able to send their children back to school for a better future. Till today, Farshad's family still finds it difficult living in Kabul. As a result of unemployment for Farshad's father, This is the main reason why Farshad is being sent to work at a young age to provide his family with a source of income. Currently, Farshad’s family lives in a rented apartment and is unable to afford their rent. Daily, Farshad goes to school and also polish’s shoes on the streets making 100 AFG per day but some days, he would come home empty-handed leaving his family into starvation and severe poverty. Our ground personnel was successfully able to locate Farshad’s family. We are proud to announce that we have found a long term donor for Farshad’s family. We will not only take Farshad out of labour but will also financially support his entire family. Thank you to Romance for sponsoring Farshad's family. With your support towards CWB, you have made a great impact on those in need! #childrenwithoutborders #childlabour #afghanistan #risingstarsoftomorrow #schoolchildren

This is the heartbreaking story of Abdul Malik, an innocent child labour that puts his life at risk by collecting plastic and other valuable items on the streets in Kabul, Afghanistan. Instead of going to school, Abdul Malik decides to work and spend most of his days on the risky streets to support his hopeless mother and family by giving them a one time meal on their table. Abdul Malik’s father, unfortunately, passed away due to a tragic incident. Thus, this is the main reas...on why Abdul Malik along with his brother are forced to become breadwinners of the household to gain a source of income for the family. Daily, Abdul Malik earns 20-30 Afghani per day but that does not feed his entire family. Some days, Abdul Malik would even come home empty-handed leaving his entire family into starvation. Our ground personnel was able to locate Abdul Malik’s family however we need your help. This is the time to keep young children whose parents are not able to provide for them, children that have no one to look up to and especially children who are forced to work on the streets to earn money for their well-being. To fulfil Abdul Malik’s dream of becoming a doctor and going back to school. This is the time to make a difference in his life along with his family. We are currently looking for a long-term donor for Abdul Malik’s family. If you’re interested in sponsoring this family. Please contact us today! #childrenwithoutborders #childlabour #afghanistan

Today our team met with Shahid Rahid’s family and despite their unimaginable grief, they shared a few words about late Rahid. He was a young soul that spread laughter and positivity and touched the hearts of anyone he met. His dream was to rebuild a peaceful and united Afghanistan. His family will be the one of the families that will be helped through this campaign. http://gofundme.com/f/victims-of-kabul-university #childrenwithoutborders #KabulUniversityAttack #shaheedrashid #Afghanistan
