Last week was so eventful that we had to delay our weekly wrap up! Children enjoyed 3 specialty days last week in addition to their regular programing.

In honour of Remembrance Day, children participated in age-appropriate activities and discussions surrounding the importance of remembrance and our monthly virtue of integrity

Today children celebrated World Kindness Day! Activities highlighted the importance of showing kindness to yourself and those around you. The smallest acts of kindness can make a world of difference.

Weekly Wrap Up! Children engaged in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Team Member Spotlight! Madelyn has worked with Childventures for almost 7 years and is currently a team mentor at our Burlington campus. When asked, she expressed that her favourite part about being an educator is the magic you experience with children every single day. The bonds that are created between educators and children are truly special. Madelyn thrives in the community of like-minded individuals at the Burlington campus that continuously provide new ideas and encourage her to grow every single day. She added, Childventures is supportive and welcoming and that makes it like a second home. Thank you for all that you do Madelyn!
