Effective immediately we are a "Gluten Free" kennel. No dog food or treats with wheat gluten or corn gluten will be permitted inside the kennel. We are supporters of good nutrition and care about the health and welfare of all dogs.

So common I hear it all the time "I don't give my dog human food". Why, I ask? Is processed dog food better than real food. Real food as in vegetables grown in organic soil filled with vitamins and minerals dogs need. Real meat, chicken, turkey, buffalo and fish opposed to over processed meats and poultry that have very little nutrition. Veterinarians recommend processed dog food because they profit $$$$$. Vets don't recommend real, healthy, organic home cooked meals because they do not profit from this advice. Why are people so trusting of dog food companies and veterinarians? Do your research online of all the dog food ingredients and you will be surprised what you discover.

Did you know the ingredient named powdered cellulose is actually another name for sawdust. Yes, scary and it's in some dog foods. Hills Science Diet has sawdust in their canned dog food. All in the name of profit. They don't care about dogs. Very sad.

I have to add extremely important information if you use tetrafluorethane (bark spray control) it can cause death if too much is inhaled. I am shocked that these products are on the market.

Some of these sprays are from China and have been known to harm dogs such as causing skin burns, thyroid problems, etc. Better to use a water spray bottle if your dog is a chronic barker. Alot safer and cheaper and why would you want to risk your dog's health.
