Good morning beautiful souls This morning I am reflecting on all of the things to be grateful for. It’s a beautiful thing to be grateful, it can lift your mood, help you to see beauty in despair, give you a new outlook. Change how you think and you can change your life! So, I challenge you, write down what you are grateful for, keep your paper, and look back when you are feeling down! Let love and gratitude become the things that lift you up!

Good afternoon lovely people! I know I haven’t posted for a while, I apologize for neglecting you! During this time I think it’s important to remember the things that ensure growth internally. Love - outward, inward, given, and received... Connection - to your breath, self, spirit, universe, inner child, higher self, souls purpose, family and friends Kindness - outward, inward, given and received These few things are so small but can be so big! So take a moment; love freely with kindness to strengthen your connection. As always; I am available for distance healing sessions. I will be back with my massage hands when the time is right.
