Did you know that you could be a change maker today? Born with Down’s Syndrome, Pu Dong needed access to critical resources to help him learn and grow. Crippling medical costs, a lack of local support, and a community unwilling to accept disabilities left Pu Dong’s mother isolated and alone. Yet her devotion to her son never wavered. Once she heard about our Family Partners Program, she traveled from their village 2 hours away to come to our office to find hope. ICC welcomed... her and Pu Dong with wide open arms. Because of support from partners like you, Pu Dong and his family have hope. ICC has been able to help provide medical assistance as well as weekly education and therapy to Pu Dong. Whether it’s something he’s proud of or something that gives him joy, Bing celebrates with a huge smile and a round of applause. Recently, Bing achieved a milestone goal set last year at his person-centred care plan meeting - he learned to transfer from his wheelchair to bed and back again! Read more below :)

Order your poinsettias, planter and wreaths by Nov. 19th in support of ICC! MEET THE BROOKS FAMILY Teresa and Aaron along with their two children are ICC Advocates. That means that they think of creative ways to support ICC. This is their 10th year of fundraising. What do they do? They sell poinsettias, planters and wreaths for Christmas and donate all of the proceeds from the sales to ICC. ...
