Published poet! Sundre High student, Dakota Hollar, won the first round of the Cdn National Student Poetry contest and will have her poem published an upcoming Polar Expressions Publishing collection.

Chinook's Edge students are enjoying an active week together: Grade 1 students having fun with art at Cremona School, adding to a giant snowman at Elnora School, engaged in art at Olds High, shop class at Innisfail High.

Heartfelt messages - Students at Elnora School created Valentine's Day cards for local seniors, while students at Spruce View School made cards for veterans in long term care facilities.

All in the family - Brothers from Ecole Olds Elementary and Ecole Deer Meadow are learning from home this week, but are excited to return to in-school learning on Monday, January 11th!

We Remember - As with schools throughout Chinook's Edge, Cremona School students are hard at work with Remembrance Day projects.
