One of the most common complaints that I hear about the web hosting industry is that the hosting company is difficult to reach. Often they do not publish their phone number or they insist on filling out a form or maybe they have long waits on their support line. From our inception (2002) to today, it has been our cast in stone policy: We answer the phone!... We even say that on our website!
