This is what you need to watch right now
Why do I post so many "Segmental Spine Flexion & Extension" exercise videos? Because your spine is such a vital part of of our healthy movement mechanics. Spine related aches, pains, injuries are the leading cause of disability in the WORLD. Why? Because people do not know how, or put in the effort, to train their spine to move the way it should. Not sure how? You're overdue for an assessment or treatment! Don't think the spine should "move", and rather think it should just be "stable"?! NO! The spine is a series of mechanical joints. If the joint movement cannot be controlled then it will not move and then get stiff and probably sore.
Another mobility exercise routine utilizing another base position you're familiar with: SEATED. This is a great routine to perform while seated (at home, work, wherever). See youtube channel notes for this routine.
Another mobility exercise video in kneeling base. This time, shoulder CARSs are performed: both glenohumeral shoulder and scapular CARs performed.
Kneeling neck CARs. It is important to change your positioning while performing mobility exercises. Standing, kneeling, quaduped, seated, horizontal prone (face down) and supine (face up) are all good options when performing mobility exercises.
