Letter from Molly: Hi, My name is Molly, I am a very cute boxer girl. This is my story. Last year before Christmas something happened with my left back leg and ...I could not walk without help. I was very scared and sad. In the mean time my parents searched online for help and found that we have a chiropractor (yes a chiropractor for dogs). We went to the practice Holistic Chiropractic and Wellness Centre and met a very nice lady, Dr Ginette. After examining me she explained my parents what she can do, and because it’s due to my nerves in my spine she recommended massage. Massage, that sounds good. That is how I got to meet another nice lady Marti Vardai who is the owner of Pawz Therapy as an animal bodywork practioner. Marti came to see me, and this is how my journey started. It’s not easy because I have to work very hard, but it’s not bothering me. I do it for treats! After 5 weeks I started walking better and have more strength in my leg. This small lady with a huge heart is a giant for me. Marti is not only my animal bodywork practioner, she is my healer and I love her. Sure, I will never be able to do things that I used to do, jumping on the couch, playing with my son Jasper, but it’s OK, I can still have fun and enjoy life. All I want to say is that things can get better with a little discipline, and if you trust these wonderful and dedicated people who love us very much, there is hope. As I heard from others, I will tell you too: be safe, be kind, be happy.
