Did you know that blended, frozen bananas create a surprisingly delicious (and healthy) alternative to ice cream? Try this "nice cream" recipe this #wellnesswednesday or save this post and try it at a later date. 2 frozen bananas A splash of vanilla Pinch of salt... Place these ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth (a high speed blender works as well, but you may need to thin it out with a bit of milk). Serve immediately as a soft serve dish or freeze in a freezer safe container for 2 hours and then scoop out like hard ice cream. Pro Tip: If you peel and slice the bananas prior to freezing, they are easier to blend later.

We are thrilled to announce that, after almost two months of being unable to serve you, we have the necessary supplies to re-open the clinic for our regular hours on Tuesday, May 19! For those of you at home who are losing track of time, today is Friday, March 27.

As a result of the COVID-19 world crisis, and at the advice of the Alberta College of Chiropractors, our clinic is now closed until further notice (except in cases of emergency).
