Pay your staff what they deserve...they know their worth...do you Stop micro managing them Understand the ramifications of staff turnover Send them to seminars with other CHA’s , run by CHA’s they really could care less about hearing from some pompous Chiro on how they built their million dollar practices but no longer work there And for the love of God stop calling us receptionist, my girl up front and even the office manager ... Seeing patients when they are only in pain is a bandaid solution and is a complete disservice to the patient and their full potential of optimal health It’s not what chiropractic is supposed to be, it’s not what we do

4 chiropractic doctors with 1-5 years experience have shut down practices in the last year Is it really because there is a chiropractic office on every corner or is it because the schools are not teaching them about what they really need to be a chiropractor...it's not about technique it's about being prepared for the good and the bad that these new grads face Chiropractic colleges need to teach classes in patient management, scheduling, hiring staff - the list goes on and on... RANT.... Just took a call from a chiropractor about 3 hours outside of Toronto...he asked me what I did and how I build million dollar practices....I told him and then he asked me if any of my material comes from past speakers Of course it does except I have taken the best of Whitney, Singer, Carter and the legendary Jim Sigafoose to name a few and made it mine, made it work, made it fool proof And I guarantee my results at the front desk He tells me that he paid over 30,00...0 in practice management fees last year and is still not satisfied, looking for something original, new I asked him to give me a call when he figures that out and how to succeed and I will Pay Him to be the consultant Don't change the tire if the tire isn't flat End rant See more

Chiropractic...the wonderful art of healing by touch, without the use of medications. The opportunity to share the message with others that the power that made the body CAN heal the body The calling given to many but appreciated by a few..,why because there is a disconnect greater than I have ever seen in this beautiful professsion Don't worry about how others are practicing, if they sell vitamins, if they use Graston or acupuncture in their practices People watch, people rea...d and social media is as much a blessing as it is destructive to us as a profession Be true to the calling, to your patients and most importantly to your fellow chiropractors Happy Tuesday to all who love what I love
