**BREAKING NEWS!** ~ People of TORONTO, my Chocolate Therapy is NOW AVAILABLE @ ALTERNATIVE THINKING, on Bathurst, south of Bloor. Get yourself, or an organic, dark chocolate lover, a 'superfood enhanced treatment'! Superfoods included in every bite (other than raw cacao) are reishi, chaga, maca, mucuna, and shilajit. <3

Here is some financial nitty-gritty on cacao. Fortunately, Chocolate Therapy uses raw, organic cacao from family heirloom farms, in Peru and Ecuador. It is harvested, sun-fermented (instead of roasted), then processed on site ~offering the dark cacao and the cacao butter/fat as separate ingredients. This is a step-up from fair trade and called direct trade, if it's being imported directly from the farmers (though this article speaks nothing to that). I have avoided Ivory Coast cacao because there is a lot of buzz regarding child slavery.
