Don't forget to eat your Greens! Check out this mouth-watering Baked Green Mac & Cheese recipe What you'll need: 4 cups elbow macaroni... 1 cup spinach cup prepared basil pesto 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 garlic clove 3 cups milk 3 tbsp canna-infused butter 3 tbsp flour cup water 4 cups grated white cheddar cheese Directions: 1 Set oven to broil. 2 Cook macaroni as directed on package until al dente. 3 In a blender or food processor combine pesto, spinach, parmesan, and garlic. Add half cup milk and process until smooth. 4 Melt butter in large saucepan over med-high and whisk in flour for 2 mins. Slowly add remaining milk and whisk occasionally until thick. Reduce heat and add half cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. 5 Mix sauce with pesto mixture and combine well with cooked pasta. Transfer to 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. 6 Bake for 7 mins or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 10 mins. 7 Serve and enjoy responsibly!

A traditional, deliciously crispy potato pancake with a Choom twist What you'll need for this Cannabis-infused Latke recipe: 4 cups vegetable oil 5 grams ground cannabis... 5 pounds Russet potatoes 2 onions 2 beaten eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp pepper Directions: 1 For cannabis-infused oil: In a double boiler, heat veg oil until shimmering. Add ground up cannabis and simmer on low for an hour, stirring often. (Choom tip: Ask our Cannabis Educators about concentrates you can use in cooking to save time!) 2 While cannabis simmers, grate potatoes (unpeeled) and place in water until ready to use. Drain thoroughly by pressing into a colander. Grate onions separately and set aside. 3 Place baking sheet inside oven and set to 250 F 4 After an hour of simmering oil, strain cannabis material using metal strainer a put oil aside. 5 Mix grated onions and potatoes together in a bowl, add eggs and season with salt and pepper. Combine well and add flour. 6 Prepare a cooling rack with paper towel underneath or bed of rice on a plate to transfer ready latkes once cooked to help drain oil. 7 Heat half cup of cannabis oil in large frying pan on med-high heat. Test by dropping a teaspoon of batter in oil, it will be ready once the mixture turns brown within 1 minute. Once ready, drop a heaping tablespoon into oil, frying until golden brown on each side. 8 Use a metal spatula to drain and transfer to cooling rack or bed of rice, then transfer to baking sheet in the oven to keep warm. 9 Once complete, serve with sour cream and apple sauce. Enjoy!

Try out this simple canna-infused fettuccine ragu The perfect weekday dinner for fall. Here's how: What you'll need onion 1 celery stalk... 1 small carrot 1 garlic clove tsp fresh rosemary 3 tbsp canna-infused olive oil 1 pound ground turkey Salt Pepper 1 can crushed tomatoes cup weed milk 12 oz fettuccine Parmesan cheese Directions: 1 Finely chop onion, celery, carrot, garlic, and rosemary. 2 Heat infused olive oil in large saucepan over med-high heat. Cook vegetables for 3-5 mins until softened and golden. 3 Add ground turkey making sure to break up, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. 4 Mix in can of tomatoes, milk, 1 cup of water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for around 20 mins until sauce thickens. 5 In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine per instructions on package. Drain pasta and mix in sauce in small batches until pasta is sufficiently covered. Cover remaining sauce and refrigerate. 6 Top with parmesan and enjoy!
