Our brain is hardwired to protect us, and we would rather keep experiencing what we already know even if that means never getting anywhere new. Do you ever find that you will psych yourself out and say things like I don’t even know why I bother it isn’t going to work anyways. We want to be right and be able to say I told you so or I knew it. ... What would it feel like to operate out of a place of possibility? What if you if you weren’t afraid to fail? Dare to be wrong. . . . . . . . #subconsciousmind #possibility #morethanyourthoughts #thinkpositive #thinkpossible

Happy Mother’s Day @lisas.6 Mom, thanks for always loving me and believing in always. Thanks for supporting me in my decisions and giving me space to make failures to learn from. Thanks for also making the best cookies and making cookies for me. And letting me eat raw cookie dough even when it was frowned upon! Lol ... Love you lots. @ Whitby, Ontario See more

After about a month of only doing yoga and reading the news after quarantine shut down hit I decided to use this time (that I am very grateful to have) to look at myself, my habits, and how I show up. I don’t speak openly often about the fact that I have been investing in coaching for about 10 months now. I felt like I had to be perfect and polished before being able to present something like that to the world or have all the answers. Something that keeps coming up as ...I am watching videos and studiously taking notes is that you can’t always be in hustle mode, you can’t always be working. You have to be in flow and actually live. Since my work as a yoga teacher and doing yoga and learning about it brings me great joy it’s hard for me to make this separation. So I have been pondering what I can do to bring more ease and flow into my life. Here’s what I have come up with: 1. 1 hour technology free a day (I am actually super excited about this.) 2. Time outside everyday 3. More bubble baths 4. More guided meditations (kinda turns into nap time, but I love naps). 5. Cook a new recipe We are so conditioned that doing and working hard is the key to success. How often do you sit back and trust? See more
