I love when farmers come for treatments...they really are connected to nature and the flow of the earth. I especially love when they wear their best, clean work boots

I wonder how long these rocks, trees and water have been sharing this space...each doing their own thing while allowing the others to do theirs and nurturing everything around them. Such harmony in nature...acceptance and react as needed...no fear. So much we can learn.

Always be thankful for the downtime when it’s offered...or forced lol. When nothing is offered take the opportunity to look beneath the surface...observe, accept and release. We really are very like this lake...simply perfect.

Listen to your body, your soul than your mind. It is a good way to get where you are meant to be.
