Due to concerns related to the spread of the highly contagious coronavirus COVID-19, Chouinard Bros. is putting measures into place in order to protect public health. We have implemented a check-in program with our roofers and staff to monitor their health and well-being. We respectfully request all customers with pending appointments as well as people who are interested in booking an appointment to assist us by advising our office if you: *Are experiencing any symptoms of th...e virus (fever, coughing, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing); *Have traveled to an impacted area as defined by the Canadian Government in the past 14 days; *Have come into close contact* with someone who has been affected by the virus; or *Share a household with someone who has returned from an impacted area within the past 14 days. In the event that any of these conditions apply, we regret any inconvenience that may arise from having to cancel your scheduled appointment and ask for your cooperation in rescheduling the work. In the event that your appointment will proceed as planned, we request that you complete the acknowledgement form that will be sent to you upon booking. If the form has not been received before the scheduled attendance on your property, we will be forced to reschedule it for a date 2 weeks in the future. We appreciate your shared dedication to preserving the health of our employees, other customers and ultimately society at large, yourself included.
