Job Description We are currently looking for a caring and compassionate Personal Support Workers/Home Care Worker/Students/Unregulated Caregiver to become a part of our team. Responsibilities and Duties... Assist clients with everyday personal care Assist in providing housekeeping and laundry services Encourage clients to participate in exercise program Must have a supportive and caring nature towards elderly Able to work in a team and be flexible Must have an updated CPR First Aid Medication reminder Dementia Care Experience Job Qualification Graduation from an accredited Personal Support Worker Program or Unregulated Care Giver Must posses food handling Certificate or willingly to obtain one from a public health team At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver either in a retirement home/Long-term care or personal experience Must be able to work days, evening, nights and weekend Good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision Fluency in second language would be an asset.
