Heading to the Studio in the City Flow Fest in North Van today, teaching an Intro to Modern Hoop Dance workshop from 5-6pm. Lots of other workshops happening, and DJs spinning all afternoon! Come play!

I mentioned Saturday Circus in class on Wednesday, but the flu got me, no circus for me this weekend. Anyone else still going to meet up? Join the Saturday Circus group here on FB to connect with other folk!

Winter session is open for registration, with a few spots open for new or returning students! Wednesdays, 8-9pm at the Scotiabank Dance Centre in downtown Vancouver, Jan 8 - Apr 22. $240 for 16 weeks. Missed classes are not eligible for credit or refund, but you can send a friend in your place!... All levels (including absolute beginners) are welcome, as instruction is individualized in these small classes. Bring your own hoops, or use mine - a variety of sizes and weights are shared among the class for different skills. Email me at [email protected] to register!
