An email was sent out last week to our clients. This email provides an update into our office procedures going forward, taking into account the healthy and safety of our clients and staff. Dear Valued Client, As current events are in a constant state of change, we are continually evaluating how we can perform our duties as your Insu...rance Broker and maintain respectful social distancing to meet with the Ontario Health Guidelines. As such, we have instituted some new routines in office to help us limit our interactions with the public and ensure that you have your Insurance needs met. As of Monday June 22 2020, we will be opening our office to our clients, with the following guidelines in place for the health and safety of our clients and staff: Please call our office ahead of time to book an appointment; we will only be allowing one visitor at a time in the office. We ask that you wear a mask into the office. If you do not have one, we have disposable masks available. We will be disinfecting all surfaces between appointments. We will be placing Hand Sanitizer stations throughout the office. If you are coming into the office to make a payment for your Insurance policy, please note that our preferred payment method is Debit. We are also able to take Credit Card information by phone and we have an E-Transfer option available please contact our office for additional information. We ask that if you are not feeling well, please stay home! We are still able to service your Insurance needs through phone or email. Thank you for your continued support during these trying times.
