I hope everyone is managing to care for themselves and take in a bit of fresh air during these stressful times. Unfortunately I think RMTs will be out of work for a while since we cannot social distance during treatments. Remember your mental health affects your body so take care of yourself. I can’t offer virtual appointments officially but please if anyone is in pain or suffering headaches or just stressed head to toe and needing to chat I am always here I have taught KT tape to patients with pictures and descriptions! It can be a lifesaver while you’re waiting for an appointment!

Registered massage therapists are not allowed to treat patients at the moment in British Columbia, I have cancelled upcoming appointments for my return from maternity leave until the middle of April. I will be reassessing week by week and staying in touch with patients if they need any suggestions or phone support to manage in the meantime. I’d be happy to walk anyone through applying KT tape to manage for now
