The forest has always been a place where I could get outside my head, be in awe of mother nature, and benefit from her healing powers. Dale Murray and I hike trails in the Acadian Forest near our home nearly every day since the pandemic began. International Day of Forests is Sunday, March 21. Dale and I started TEAM M&M to take part in the 5KM chalenge to help support one of our favorite environmental charities, Community Forests international. OUR GOAL is to raise $1000 in ...pledges before our 5KM hike on March 21. On this day, we're going to take you on a virtual tour with us by livestreaming part of our hike in the Acadian Forest on Facebook. HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED: 1.
