hay(na)ku Break down dance my window world Night twists sockets stops the clock Dew combs bees licked sticky sweet Twist wind whisk narrow wrist switch tongue trips amber sight white light. Day 10, April 10, 2020. A hay(na)ku consists of a three-line stanza, where the first line has one word, the second line has two words, and the third line has three words. You can write just one, or chain several together into a longer poem. I neglected to post this one. https://chrissmart.wordpress.com/2020/04/18/honey-watch/

Tomato starts, leggy on the ledge, tiny seeds, all this green, promise of fruit. Two chores a day hold the pandemic at bay scrub the back corners, under the fridge. Stand close in the wrong place and touch all the avocadoes: one small slap on the wrist. [ 175 more words ] https://chrissmart.wordpress.com/2020/04/16/mujo/
