Hello our amazing clients and friends As we’ve all seen the news on the shutdowns. We unfortunately have been deemed non-essential (although we feel we are ) so as of December 26th we will be closing for the 28 days fingers crossed we will be able to open up January 25th. Hello Friends We had some very exciting news today and we are so happy With that being said we have had different possible guidelines to follow but have not heard direct orders from the health unit yet we don’t know how many people are aloud in the salon or whether we can even use a blowdryer yet! ... So we have some workplace safety guidelines that we are to follow that we have to be trained and taught to keep us and you safe ! So we have the call in and finalizing all of our last details and have decided to wait until Monday to open we are having a meeting tomorrow night with everyone and we will be contacting you ASAP about your appointments ! Thank you all so much for your patience with this journey and remember we want you all back in ours chairs as much as you do, so we will be working around the clock to get you in as fast as possible and we can only do it as safely as possible for all. we will be contacting you all soon

Hello Friends We had our staff meeting and we feel these guidelines make us feel the most comfortable in returning to work and be able to safely work our magic:) We are going to be updating our procedures weekly to keep us all safe , thank you so much for all of your support and patience ,Things are new for us all and we are going to be working around the clock to get you all in. ... we need to be patient with each other and remember its been almost 4 months of appointments we need to rebook with many new protocols/procedures, we will be doing our absolute best! Salon Procedures We cannot except any late clients due to built in time for disinfecting before and after appointments You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are Feeing ill We will not be offering no charge bang trims at this time due to overwhelmingly busy scheduling and disinfection times in between We will reach out to guests who have requested an appointment or had a cancelled appointment. We will be scheduling in order of cancelled from March 17 on Guests will be called when it is safe and stylist is ready for you to enter the salon We will have no waiting room, no beverages availble Front entrance will have a questionnaire and a sanitization station , as well as hand santizter throughout the salon Face masks are mandatory for stylist and guest , please bring your own or one can be provided ($1.00) the ones with ear loops are best for hair services Due to high demand and extra safety measures we are temporarily suspending blowdry services, haircut only guests will be asked to come with clean, dry styled hair. Shampoo services are available for the removing of haircolor (with little to no talking due to closeness) We have limited our salon to four stylists on the main floor at a time and absolutely no double booking for us Please come alone to service , no additional guests or children haircuts at this time Retail products will be taken off shelves and placed in a bag for you , we ask at this time no touching of the makeup testers as well we can arrange it for you. Some services may be limited due to the time spent in the salon and high volume of people needing in (like hundreds of people ) And lastly if you have travelled in the last two weeks before your appointment or have been in contact with anyone that is positive for COVID-19 we cannot except you until your quarantine stage is over These rules are as hard for us to do as they are as hard for you to read! It is going to be so hard for us to not run and hug you all since it’s been so long but they are put into place for utmost comfort and security for everyone. This is all new territory for us all but we feel confident things will continue to progress in the right direction and we can start easing some measures soon.

We are so lucky to get some great news this week about businesses reopening, but unfortunately we haven’t got any news about us yet We are so happy the numbers are gradually getting better and cases are being resolved ... We know everyone is wondering about appointments and rebooking. Our plans for rebooking are we are going to contact everyone in order as they were canceled from March and go on from there. We want to ensure everyone that wants and needs an appointment we will be working extra days during this to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding We will unfortunately not be able to be running at full capacity or be aloud to have more than one client at a time per stylist :( but we will be doing our best for everyone in the safest way possible! Hello clients, friends and family. We are so sorry for having to do this but with the recent update this morning in regard to the CVOID-19 virus we have decided to close at 3:00 today. We want to make sure the everyone is safe and healthy and stocked up on food and supplies to get everyone through the next couple weeks. This isn't a decision we came to easily but we want to ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone and do our part to slow the spread of the virus. Like w...e mentioned in our previous post, we'll be closed for a week and provide updates as more information becomes available. If you have an appointment between tomorrow and next Wednesday we'll be in touch soon or you are welcome to give us a call. At the moment we are not rebooking anyone or booking new appointments until we know more about the situation. Once we know when it'll be business as usual we'll start calling everyone in order of missed appointment. Hello clients , friends and family. It’s been with a lot of deliberation the staff and I have decided we will follow suit with the guidelines and close the doors of the shop. We are so sorry to have to do this , but we would never want to put ourselves or anyone in danger and we really want to help out in anyway we can to stop the spread of this outbreak. We all unfortunately have people in our lives that we would never want to affect with this virus that are immune comprom...ised or elderly . We have decided to take clients tomorrow and then we will be calling everyone to notify them. We are unsure of a timeline we are kind of winging it here we have seen people doing one week and some doing two weeks. We are planning on a week and we will give our updates as we follow the news. I have been in contact with other salons around town and we have been asking guidance from each other in this extremely hard to call time.
