As many may have heard as of Tuesday February 16th we are in the Red Zone. I have contacted and emailed everyone. If you weren't able to respond right away, I do apologize but that groom spot is now gone. We will book you in for another day. Please remember I am one person and doing my very best with also opening on my days off to get people in. If I have missed contacting you please call or message me and we will book your spot. When we were under the first lockdown a...nd reopened no guidelines were given so I made them. This is the way the Salon will run once again. You will call when you arrive. I will come up ,if able to, to get your pet. Pets must be on 6 ft lead or in their carriers. Make sure collars are tight so no pet gets loose. YOU must wear a mask. No mask, no service and you will pay for your groom despite your pet will be turned away . You must be on time for drop off and pick up. You must give 24 hrs notice to canceling. No notice, you no longer come here . There will be no excuses, no warnings! NO One is to enter the Salon, no one. I am very stern with my guidelines to help keep everyone safe. Whatever your beliefs are, that is fine . If you don't agree with my policies , you are welcome to find someone else. I will not be accepting new clients at this time. The Salon is rather full and with these lockdowns it makes it rather hard to convenience everyone. I do apologize as I am sure you are all great This may seem harsh but after 11 months I am sure everyone is tired . If we all worked together, maybe we would all be able to get to a better place . Please help find this pup. Some People are getting desperate due to Covid or are maybe just jerks. So remember that keeping yourself safe is number 1 . Also go with another person . This is for all sales transactions not just for dogs. Alot of scams on fb . Never give a deposit and if so 5$. That won't hurt the bank account. Seller won't accept it than move on. Don't be part of a scam.

These are levels of measures for Ontario. As of tomorrow we are stage orange. I have messaged our Mayor to try to protect dog groomers if a lock down should happen. Let's hope our area doesn't get a full shut down. Let's work together . Follow rules and guidelines. So many people are hurting and we need to do the right thing , not only for us but others. The first time in our lives we are being asked to protect people we don't even know. Strangers. This is what bringing us together is all about. Working together. Strangers fighting to beat this virus. We can do it. We need to stick together. Stay safe everyone. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Keep a distance. We got this! Let's stick together
