Happy Friday! Up bright and early today. Putting my best face forward as I’m hosting a client’s holiday Zoom get-together for their extended leadership, beginning at 7:30 a.m. PST. Most of my Christmas tree this year is decorated with vintage glass ornaments like these. Beautifully imperfect - a reminder that Christmas isn’t about perfection or the images presented online, or in magazines. This holiday season looks different for many of us. And, that’s OK - we will get through this together.

Feta cheese is my Achilles heal. 2. I’ve been a #pr and #communicationsconsultant, running my own company, #christinewoodgroup for more than 8 years. As a boutique consultancy, I work primarily with the #publicsector. #qualityoverquantity. 3. My main form of stress release and exercise is #kickboxing, which gives me a huge endorphin rush and each workout provides a great stress release. 4. I am proudly #greekcanadian and #greekorthodox 5. I am a poet first and a lover of language. That being said, I read mostly nonfiction and I have a huge soft spot for #davidsedaris #joandidion and #maryoliver.

I’ve decided to celebrate my birthday this week too! And how can I not?!
