Inspiration can come from the smallest thing, an entire creation based around one simple piece and building from there. I fell in love with this sweater in the fall, an antique mall find. As this crazy year comes to a close, and our days quiet from the hustle of prepping, to the relaxing and enjoying of all of our planning. I want to take a moment to thank everyone for all of your love and support. I am so thankful for each and every one of you, your kind words, support, and trust in me to capture these memories for you, mean the world to me. I'm not sure what next year will bring, but I can't wait to capture your beautiful families again soon. Wishing you the merriest and most magical Christmas and a wonderful and healthy New Year. We miss something if we don’t see Christmas through a child’s eyes

Good morning friends! I just want to thank everyone for their excitement for the remote Christmas portraits! The response has been amazing, and I am so thankful! Just a reminder to those I have talked to about their creations, today is the last day to send in your order. I won't be accepting any orders after today, to ensure that I have everything completed on time. I will be taking off some time with my fam to enjoy the holidays.

This beautiful woman has been my bestie for longer than I want to admit...since our college days 8 years ago she said "hey, let's take this online photography course together !" I was on mat leave with babe #3 at the time and thought it might be fun! That's when my love of photography grew into something more, I could never have known the joy that the last 8 years would bring me, meeting so many incredible families and capturing such amazing memories. As I sit and edit these photographs of her beautiful family, I feel so much gratitude for her friendship and the paths that we have travelled together.

I have tried to rotate the sets as much as possible to give everyone a chance at their fave in the time that works best for them. Please PM me with any questions. I feel like I am all over the place with seasons lately, beach to Christmas planning and then fall..and now back to school! Today would have been the day my kiddos went back, and I think it's the same for most of the littles in our area. What a crazy year it has been! I have heard that this year there won't be school photos in the schools. I am thinking about offering school photos this year. It would be perfect for those returning to class as well as those learning online this year. Would you want just digital files to print yourself or would you like some print package options too?

Let's talk Christmas sessions for a minute I am putting the final plans together for everything (fall sessions and alllll the Christmas sessions) and releasing all details on Tuesday! I will be offering outdoor Christmas as well as studio sessions. They will be run a little different this year to allow for distancing and sanitizing in between families. I will be running the "in the box" with all indoor dates and alternating set options. So not all sets will be available on all days. And I WILL be starting Christmas dates early for those who want to get them done early just in case... Stay tuned on Tuesday for all of the details. A small sneak of one set below
