Hey Skate friends! As the number of skaters in the CIB Kingston Community increase, I've realized that a Facebook page it not the optimal format for skaters to communicate with each other. A group has been created to allow skaters to get in touch, share tips, ask questions and get together more often at the skatepark. I hope this new format will help grow the community further!... This week's meet ups: Tuesday Sept 22 - 6pm @ Polson Thursday Sept 24 - 6pm @ Polson... A handful of skaters go to the flat rink (next to the tennis courts) 30-60min before the meet up to warm up for the park or work on some flat ground skills. Please feel free to join It's getting cooler out there so dress warm

LaSalle is busy tonight. The few skaters that stopped by called it early. If you're heading out to skate this weekend and want some company let us know!

Happy Monday skaters! This weeks meet ups: Tuesday Sept 15 - Polson Park at 6pm Thursday Sept 17 - LaSalle at 6pm... Sunset is at 7:15pm so we're aiming for at least an hour of well lit skate time before it gets dark! Remember these are just suggested meet up times. Please feel free to go earlier or on day that works better for you. If you're going on another day and would like some company let us know in the comments!

CIB is here supporting our Kingston Roller Derby skaters and serving up some food from Pisanos: Old School Order by phone, head over to Frontenac Highschool and we'll deliver your food by skate to your car! We'll be here until 5!

We call this one: Legs of an aggressive roller skater. Old scars and new bruises. Sometimes you gotta take chances and fall to learn new tricks.

The weekend is over and we're upset about it BUT we will see you Tuesday and Thursday Tuesday September 1 - LaSalle (Hwy 15) at 6:30pm Thursday September 3 - Rideau Heights at 6:30pm... Woah, I can't believe it's already September and we're sad that it's getting darker sooner so we bumped up our usual time by 30min.
