Earlier this week I posed a challenge to Centennial Foodservice here in Prince George to source some delicious breakfast sausages for camp that have some texture. They gave us two different kinds to try, the ones that they have been making previously plus a new one that was made just for us in house. We did a taste test here in the office and the new breakfast sausages where a huge success. Thank you so much Tom, you did an amazing job! Cant wait to send them out to camp next week and get our clients feedback.

There was almost 100 tree planters staying at Bear Lake Camp for 3 days over the weekend keeping our staff super busy! Shout out to our staff in camp during that time and all your hard work, job well done!
