Yet, like the other colors, brown foods are important to consider for their physical, nutritional properties as well as the mental-emotional, energetic aspects. . What is unique about #brownfoods is that they can be very grounding and nourishing to the #rootchakra that oversees elimination. For example, brown-colored fi...bers (e.g., psyllium, flaxseed), root vegetables (e.g., potatoes), and legumes can all be helpful for that purpose. .
