Oh how I miss leading my travel tours!!!!!!!!! It will most likely be at least 2 years before group travel is up and running again ...I am certainly blessed to have been travelling while I could!

Oh my favourite time of year, cool nights, sweater days and lots of stunning fall colour. This is a good year for colour. Cottage country is in it's prime! The colour is so much further ahead then Cobourg, these are just shot from my car window ! high noon - not the best light for photography but you get the jest of the great colour! on the road to Bobs Lake !

Enjoying some time on Bobs Lake, up at 4 am to take in the colours of the sky before the sun peeked up over the horizon. I am not a morning person, but the fresh air, good sleep, and sounds - draws me up at that time of the morning..

Oh how the travel industry has been impacted ... It affects 50% of my work as well! They figure 18 months minimum before things pick up in the travel industry ... and confidence begins to resume ..

Look HOW things have changed in photography in the past 10 or so years? One of the rare shots of me at work - Look at the beast I used to carry for my work/career ? and the size of the flash?.. my tripod alone back then weighed 35 lbs! .& remember EVERYTHING was manual focus back then! LOL.. who needed to go to the gym - my entire life I've been lifting weights! LOL wow - how things have changed and continue to get smaller and more compact ..

Part 2 - Day 1 in Nice, South of France ..all museums were free today to lift the country's spirit in the face of all the negative press with the virus spreading.. So we spent a few hours in the museum of Modern Art this afternoon - always a fascinating thing to explore ..

Part 1 - First day on the ground, walked all day exploring Nice, France with my gang, a bunch of us grabbed lunch and then toured the flower market, the old tow...n, and explored the area. All museums were free today, so we took in the museum of Modern Art on the way home. Jet lag is setting in .. early to bed tonight! misty weather high of 15 though! I didn't need a coat .. See more
