Christmas holidays means a sleep over in your brothers room, to our surprise we didn’t have to talk to them to go to sleep and they slept in!!
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. Here are a few tips for the holidays: + respect your childs sleep needs, its ok for the occasional later bedtime and skipped nap but to many will result in a cranky child. I suggest no later then 30-40 mins for bedtime. + bring your childs blanket, noise machine and sleep sack with you + Don't over schedule, allow for some down time + and if you need to take a long drive try doing this around their nap schedule
What’s the last thing you do before going to bed? I always sneak in a little kiss goodnight.
