Join us for a 2hr workshop as we explore building strength for the classical arm balances as well as building foundation for headstands and forearm balancing. This workshop is designed for all levels, whether you are beginner or more advanced you can take something away from it. This workshop is set up as a hatha style class where we will explore the arm balances and strengthening drills between sequences, to ensure everyone is warmed up and ready for each arm balance.
