With classes staring tomorrow please read below it is important that we all work together on keeping the gym a safe clean space. - Wait outside until your dedicated class time - Sanitize your hands when entering the gym... - Bring your own equipment - Use the same heavy bag throughout your workout - Practice social distancing There will be no locker room access so please come prepared and take your belongings with you when you leave. No sparring or hand pads allowed. We have hand wraps, skipping ropes, gloves, and water for sale for those who do not have their own. We will be sanitizing equipment between classes as well as high touch surface areas. Monthly payment must be paid on June 8th. We are back in action June 8th. With covid rules that are in place we will be able to have 10 participants at a time in the club. We will be offering training Monday-Friday with two time slots that you must pre sign up for- 4:30pm-5:30pm 10 spots available 5:45pm-7:00pm FULL ... Personal training sessions are available with a flexible schedule. There will be no drop ins allowed at this time, as well as parents will have to wait outside during classes. Please wait outside until the coach comes to let everyone in to ensure everyone else has left and gym is disinfected. You will need your own equipment, ie: gloves, wraps, skipping ropes, water bottles. Please be sure to take your equipment with you when you leave as there will be no access to the locker room. Come dressed ready to train. Once time slots are filled we will add more. Gym fees will be due on June 8th in order to save your spot for the month of June. It’s International Women’s Day! We are so incredibly lucky and proud to honour our very own Stephanie Walker today.
