Nice review from a recent client, thanks Ryan. Reviewer- Ryan Wellwood Geoff was a delight to deal with. Professional, on time (early, actually), and did a whole home and septic tank inspection. He even took me around to explain things while I was there and give suggestions on items that weren't red flags but could use a better fix in the future. His report came a day later and was quite thorough with many pictures, details and further explanations of what inspectors are normally looking for versus what he found.
