Every year approximately 1,200 come to the Centre asking for our help as they strive to make their lives, and the lives of their families, better. With your help we have been there to help for more than 50 years. if you can spare it - we would be very grateful for your financial support. #GivingTuesdayCA

Have you read about the amazing Burpee-thon that raised more than $7000 for the Centre? Hosted by LoLo Fitness & Coffee House the "Burpee-Thon for Mental Health set out to see how many burpees they could accomplish as a community in one hour. Participants fundraised between .50 and $1 per burpee! The result was over 8,000 burpees in one hour! The record holder was coach Kehly Stolz whose slow and steady pace netted her over 700 burpees!! Over $7,000 was donated to Citizen’...s Counselling. A huge thank you and acknowledgement to Dr.Josh Levin for the invention and facilitation of this amazing event! Our community never ceases to amaze us! Read more: https://crossfitlolo.com//we-raised-over-7000-for-mental-/ See more
