This is fascinating. There is some overlap between the issues raised in this case and the issue of the United States imposing worldwide taxation, on the non-US source income of people who are tax residents of other countries and don't live in the USA - citizenship taxation. I am seeking a few people who would be interested in participating in a combination focus/group podcast discussing this case and topic.
