Weekly Feature: H. Upmann Magnum 54. This week we look at a classic Cuban brand, H. Upmann and their most recent release in the Magnum series, the 54. Launched in 2016, the Mag 54 wasn't released into stores until 2017 and it was an instant hit. A great mild - medium bodied smoke, expect this cigar to give you lucious notes of coffee bean, spice, toast and baking spices. Incredibly approachable with a smooth finish, the Magum 54 can be enjoyed by all levels of smoking exper...ience. A great addition to the already popular Magnum series. For our non-Cuban feature, we head to Nicaragua for one of their most popular cigars of the past few years. Big, bold and tasty, this cigar is a worthy post dinner cigar.

Weekly Feature! Vegas Robaina Famosos. This week we look at the icon brand, Vegas Robaina, specifically their Robusto, the Famosos. A fantastic yet somewhat underrated smoke, the Famosos is packed with sweet wood, earth and spice. A great medium bodied cigar that would please most cigar aficionados. ... For our non-Cuban feature, we focus on a famous Nicaraguan brand with a distinct Brazilian flair. Full bodied, rich and flavourful, this is a fantastic smoke. Weekly Feature! H. Upmann Robustos Anejados. This week we look at Cuba's aged cigar release, the H. Upmann Robustos Anejados. With a box date from late 2011, you just know this cigar has the finesse and refinement that only comes from premium Cuban tobacco. With notes of cedar, sweet wood, coffee and toast, this is definitely ready to smoke now or put away for even longer! A great opportunity to try aged Cuban tobacco at a great price.... For our non-Cuban feature this week, we look at one of the most adventurous companies coming out of Nicaragua. Earthy, nutty with a hint of cocoa, this cigar has been a hit ever since it found a home on our shelves.

Strong, rich and flavourful, the Bolly Belly has notes of earth, cocoa and coffee bean. Complex and delicious, this is one for all you afficianados out there.... For our non-Cuban this week, we focus on one of the biggest brands out of Nicaragua. Bold and rich, this cigar is a great example of why this company is so highly regarded.

New to City Cigar! La Aurora ADN Dominicano. Utilizing Andullo tobacco with a Cameroon binder, the ADN provides a unique and tasty cigar. With notes of spice, wood and sweet graham cracker, this is definitely worth a try.

Weekly Feature! Montecristo Linea 1935 Dumas. This week we take a look at one of the most famous brands in the world, Montecristo. Their No.2 is the litmus test for all Cuban cigars and their brand is synonymous with the Cuban lifestyle and charm. The newest of the Monte blend, the Linea 1935, just happens to be their strongest and therefore their most flavourful. With rich notes of coffee, wood, nuts, earth and chocolate, this is one to smoke now but also put away for some aging. For our non-Cuban special of the week, we focus on a Connecticut blend from Canada's oldest cigar company, Dominion Cigars. A fantastic mild smoke that is sure to be a summer hit.

Weekly Feature: Romeo y Julieta Belicosos. This week we take a look at one of the biggest names in the game, Romeo y Julieta. Made in three different countries with countless blends, there is sure to be a size and shape for almost anyone interested in cigars. While it's not the most popular Cuban RyJ (that accolade could arguably be given to the Churchill blend), the Belicosos is almost a hidden gem that is reserved for those in the know. ... Rich and soft all at the same time, it has pronounced notes of honey, cocoa, coffee, spice and a slight cherry note. Well worth a try for anyone who enjoys premium Cuban cigars, and will age with grace given good storage. Definitely a worthy addition to your humidor. For our non-Cuban feature, we give you one of the biggest and most successful Nicaraguan companies out there. With high ratings and a loyal fan-base, this company has proven it's quality time and time again. This particular blend found it's way in the Top 5 of 2018. Weekly Feature! Vegas Robaina Famosos. This week we look at a brand that has a special place in every Cuban aficionados heart. Vegas Robaina. It may not be a household name outside of the island, but what it lacks in brand recognition it makes up for in spades with rich history and quality tobacco.... Since 1845 the Robaina family has farmed tobacco on it’s fields (Vega) at Cuchillas de Barbacoa situated in the San Luis district of the Vuelta Abajo tobacco zone. Introduced in 1997, Vegas Robaina is as a tribute to Cuban tobacco farmers through the masterful Don Alejandro Robaina whose reputation for producing the finest wrapper leaves was legendary. The Famosos (Robusto) size gives you around 45 minutes of sublime smoking, with rich notes of sweet earth, chocolate, spice and cream.
