City Farm School will be offering an interactive online course for 12 weeks starting at the beginning of March 2021. In the first workshop on May 13th at Coop la Maison verte, participants will spend an evening exploring and learning all about one of the most misunderstood plant healers: the bright and sunny, prolific and giving, hardy dandelion! Some dandelion-based foods & drinks will be tasted while learning about its history, herbal properties, nutritional benefits, and cosmetic uses. Participants will leave with a zine...
