City Nature Challenge Calgary

The City Nature Challenge Results are in!!!!: 5472 observations, 240+ observers, and 755+ species in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere! We surpassed all of the 2019 stats and were the top Canadian city for observations, participants, and species. 244 cities from around the world came together and we made 833 543 observations, discovered 32 600+ urban species, and engaged 41946+ observers.... We could not be more proud of the Calgary communities involved and thank each and every one of you! Now that spring has finally kicked off, we can't wait to what observations you make!
