There are also several trees and branches down around the area. Lake Erie’s water levels are approximately 9ft above normal, which is causing the wind to push the water inland. Because of this, the storm sewer systems are overwhelmed causing flooding throughout the City. City crews ar...e aware of the situation. Port Colborne Fire and Emergency Services are asking residents to stay home. If you absolutely need to leave your home, please use extreme caution and be mindful of fallen trees, branches, and flooding. WALKING TRACK UPDATED HOURS| The Vale Health & Wellness Centre has extended their Monday-Friday walking track hours to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. COVID-19 protocols remain the same, including mandatory masks, maximum capacity, active screening, sanitization and walking only.
