Last fall, CitySpaces completed Pemberton’s Age-Friendly Affordable Housing Action Plan. Through the course of this project, Julia and Jada learnt more about aging communities, and the unique associated housing challenges facing many of B.C.’s municipalities. The Action Plan is a strategic document, which assesses the local housing market conditions, identifies housing challenges and gaps along the housing continuum, and outlines tools to address these challenges and gaps.
