We are aware of an outage that is affecting numerous TV channels. This outage is nation-wide and was caused by a power outage at the main distribution site. The distributors are working to resolve this issue.

UPDATE: The maintenance has been completed. Hello again. We have been notified that there is still some work that needs to be done on the fibre line outside of Prince George. Customers this evening may notice slower Internet speeds than usual as the repair continues. Thank you again for your patience.

We are aware of an outage that affected all our customers last night between the hours of 11 pm and 2 am. This was caused by a repair to a third-party fibre line 35 kilometres west of Prince George, and was not related to the planned digital TV upgrade last night. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank our customers for their patience.

Tonight we will be undertaking some maintenance work that will interrupt your digital TV service. This maintenance will start at 11 pm, and it will be completed at 5 am on Tuesday, September 22. During this time frame, there will be a software upgrade to your TV set-top box, which will leave it non-functional for about 40 minutes. These upgrades will take place on a unit-by-unit basis throughout the night. If your TV services are not working after 5 am on September 22, please call us at 1-800-442-8664 for technical support.
