As part of CivicAction & the Government of Ontario’s Anti-Racism Directorate partnership, today we are bringing together established and rising leaders from across sectors, communities and experiences to identify actions employers can take to enhance workplace opportunities for Indigenous, Black and racialized talent in Ontario. As we collectively work to advance racial equity in our workplaces, we must work to build a more inclusive Ontario where everyone can contribute to e...conomic recovery and growth. The discussion will focus on: Helping Ontario employers better understand the experiences and challenges faced by Indigenous, Black and racialized talent in accessing employment and advancing their careers Identifying promising practices to help employers tap into Ontario’s diverse workforce. #InclusionON

Immigrants are a highly educated labour force. Over 50% of recent immigrants hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. For comparison, only 24% of Canadian-born citizens hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
