The Bagshaw Residence is a 107 year old home in the #Cathedral neighbourhood that is slated for demolition after being vacant for more than a year. #PSA CHECK YOUR DECKS!! I've heard that there were serious injuries to a couple of people when their upper level deck collapsed locally!! Before you host the next big BBQ (socially distanced of course), check your deck connections, all boards, and determine if any repairs are needed! If lag/anchor bolts, joists hangers, flashing/tape and other hardware aren't part of your connections, consider upgrading to ensure serious injuries ruin your summer fun!!

The deck structure attaches to the existing garage at the back, on a sloped lot! Watch for the transformation of this moderate 1960's bungalow into an ultra-modern farm house! We're going to be tripling their square footage on the existing house with a mono-pitched roof, second floor master suite, & a number of modern conveniences! All preliminary thoughts right now... further assessment on existing structure and solutions to meet the clients' expectations are in the works!
